Shipping and handling   (all prices in Canadian Dollars)

Please note we offer FREE local Collingwood delivery in L9Y area code on orders $75.00 or more. For local residence from around the Collingwood area or for those who may be visiting you can still have a pick up option free of charge on all orders over $30. Simply just type "pick up" on the voucher section at check out. We can then arrange a time for you to pick up your order from our office.

Within Canada

Delivery costs for Quebec and Ontario:

• $14.00 for orders less than $100
• 10% for orders between $100- $200
• 7% for orders between $200- $500
• 5% for orders between $500 - $750
• Free for orders over $750

Delivery costs for Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island

• $20.00 for orders less than $100
• 15% for orders between $100- $200
• 12% for orders between $200-$500
• 9% for orders between $500- $750
• 7% for orders between $750-$1000
• Free for orders over $1000 for most of Canada

Delivery costs for Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon

• $35 for orders less than $200
• 15% for orders between $200- $750
• 12% for orders between $750- $1000
• 10% for orders between $1000 and over

* Most items are shipped same or next day with delivery generally within 2 to 5 working days under normal circumstances. Business days are not including weekends or holidays. We stock the vast majority of our products on site. However, longer lead times could be necessary for larger or bulk items which will be indicated when selecting the product. Infrequently some products may be unavailable from our suppliers, we will ensure to keep you informed if this happens. If there is a delay, we will contact you as promptly as possible. *Please keep in mind that our carriers will leave your package at your requested delivery location. If no one is home during the time of delivery the package, depending on its size will be left in your mailbox or at the front door.

Remote Locations

In the event that our shipping cost greatly exceeds the amount allocated for a specific province due to a remotely located shipping address, we will contact the customer with the cheapest shipping option and the customer can decide if they are willing to pay the full amount of the shipping cost or if they would prefer a full refund.

Non-deliverable Addresses

In the event where a customer has provided Kaydan with a non-deliverable address. They will be responsible for the actual delivery charges of the delivery and the return shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from any refunds. A $15 restocking fee may also be applied.

Apartment Buildings and Unit Numbers

Kaydan will generate and send out an automatic tracking number for deliveries. For customers that are unable to have parcels delivered directly to their door or place of business, those customers are responsible to keep track of the delivery of products if carriers need to be buzzed in to delivery packages. Kaydan is not responsible for returned shipments due to a carrier not being able to gain enter to drop off a parcel.
