Soft gym includes 2 x mats (120 x 60cm), 1 x cylindrical foam piece (120 x 30cm), 2 x u-shaped pieces (80 x 60 x 20cm thick), 1 x rectangular piece (120 x 30cm), 2 x wedge pieces (60 x 60 x 30cm), 2 x H-shaped pieces (60 x 60cm) and 2 x see-saw pieces (60 x 40cm).

Recommended for use by ages 2 year and up, with a maximum recommended user weight of 40kg.  Ages 4+ years, this is a good density of foam that is safe but firm enough for children to retain dexterity while doing activities with the play pieces.
