I purchased this CD and actually the others that go along with it due to having adult ADHD and severe anxiety and panic attack disorder. I was very suprised at how just having this music playing low in a room where I am studying or working helps to keep me focused and as odd as it is it actually has helped out with my panic and anxiety attacks that I have. It has literally helped me enough so that I don't need to take medication to stop an attack that all of sudden happens out of no where. I would definately recommend it to anyone who has any type of issues like these just because for me I hated to feel like I would need to take a pill to calm me down from something that I didn't even know was causing it but yet would almost make me pass out. The music is literally set up with specific beats and in an order that I would never have thought would be so helpful in getting me to a point of being able to calm down as quickly as it does, it works faster than having to take a pill for a panic attack. So I'm definately glad that I found these and now also have an absolute respect that I never even thought of before for classical music.
